Academic Integrity

Using the AI Tool Service is not automatically academic misconduct. However, you may not use the AI Tool Service to complete or submit coursework, exams, or assignments unless your instructor (or your institution) has expressly authorized such use for that specific course or task.

Prohibited Task Requests

You may not use the AI Tool Service (or any part of the Site) to:

• generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content;
• produce academic work that violates academic integrity rules or institutional policies;
• engage in illegal or unauthorized applications of AI within educational settings;
• request or generate content intended to facilitate cheating, fraud, or deception.

Automated or high-volume use of the AI Tool Service (including via bots, scripts, scraping, or similar mechanisms) is strictly prohibited unless the Company explicitly permits it in writing.

Business Use

We do not support corporate dishonesty or violations of internal company policies. You may not use the Site or Services to assist with fraud, deception, or unlawful conduct in any professional or business context.

Compliance With Laws and Policies

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and any relevant institutional rules when using the Site and Services. We may suspend or deny access to the Services to any person who violates this Code.

If you use the Services in violation of this Code, you understand that you may be subject to consequences imposed by your institution and/or legal authorities. User Representations

• you will not use the Services in a harmful, abusive, deceptive, or misleading manner;
• you will comply with applicable academic integrity policies, honor codes, and other rules of your educational institution; and
• you will not upload, store, share, or transmit any content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, or that promotes illegal or harmful conduct.
